Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing to combine each before adding the next. Add the milk and vanilla, and mix until combined.
- With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Divide the dough into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one bowl, and red food coloring to the other, mixing until desired color is reached.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the confectioners' sugar, corn syrup, and lemon juice until a thick, glossy icing forms. Dip each cookie into the icing, allowing the excess to drip off. Place on a wire rack to allow the icing to set.
- Decorate each cookie with sprinkles, edible glitter, and other decorations, if desired. Allow to dry completely before serving.
