Welcome to my kitchen! I'm excited to share with you one of my favorite recipes: Cajun Shellfish Over Rice. It's a classic New Orleans dish that's sure to please everyone at the table. h2 Cajun Shellfish Over Rice h3Ingredients -1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined -1 pound of crawfish tails -2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning -2 tablespoons of olive oil -1 cup of white rice -2 cups of chicken broth h3Instructions h4Step 1 In a bowl, combine the shrimp, crawfish tails, Cajun seasoning, and olive oil. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed. h4Step 2 In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the rice and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through. h4Step 3 Add the shrimp and crawfish mixture to the pot and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through. h4Step 4 Serve the Cajun Shellfish Over Rice warm. Enjoy!
